- Expression of Interest are invited for Transportation (Vehicle Rental etc) and Road Transportation Publication Date: October 5, 2022 Deadline Date: October 30, 2022 HOD now invites interested and eligible service providers to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested and qualified services providers should submit their expression by providing information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services requested. Only short listed and pre-qualified companies and consultants will be communicated. The shortlisting and prequalification criteria are as follows: 1. Core business of the company/firm and years in business. 2. Specific experience in successfully implementing similar assignments (developing communication strategies and implementation plans) 3. Experience of relevant services in an environment similar to where HOD operates (Puntland and South-Central Somalia) 4. Technical and managerial organization of the firm (provide only the structure of the company, general qualification and number of key staff). Do not provide CVs of key staff. Key experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage
