- The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) aims to engage the services of a suitably qualified vendor(s) to set up a contract to purchase on the periodic basis different items and consumables for support of ground handling activities within the Mission area in order to comply with Procedures, Standards and Recommended Practices stated by the UN DFS Aviation Manual (2021), UN Security Management Operation Manual as well as applicable ICAO Annexes and Documents.All referred documents are available in the publication sections of official websites of ICAO (www.icao.int) and United Nations (www.un.org/undss/content/policy-planning-and-coordination).UNSOS seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors to supply ramp service equipment. UNSOS plan to enter into three (03) years period contract with UNSOS sole option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, starting from June 2024. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued in February 2024.
