- Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Stationery 1 Note Books A4 paper Staplers(small medium and large size Box files Pens(correction pen white board marker, Stapler pins Stick notes Suspension files(personal files Envelopes A4, A5, A3 Paper try Punches (small medium and large size) The bidders MUST comply with all the instructions, terms and conditions, and submit the following mandatory requirements in the prequalification exercise: Filled, Signed and Stamped Application Form. Valid registrations Certificate. Valid License from Ministry of Trade, industries, and tourism. Tax Clearance Certificate. A bank statement for the last six months Past Experience of service/provision of goods of a similar nature. Presentation of evidence for vendor existence. Declaration form. Copy of passport and national ID (Minimum of one person, preferably manager) Sealed narrative of company (service provider) profile.
