- Tenders are invited for Supply of Hygiene Kits 1. 20 litres used and clean (disinfected) jerricans (branded with ACTED and donor logos as specified) Pcs 800 2 20litre plastic buckets with lid Pcs 800 3 167mg/l Aquatabs(10 strips per HH) Strips 8,000 4 600g bar soap (2pcs per packs) Bar of 600gr 1,600 5 Disposable Sanitary Pads (5 Packs per HH) Packs 4,000 6 Plastic washing household basin 10liters capacity Pcs 800 7 plastic potty Pcs 800 ➢ A written quotation including all the product specifications, the price per unit in USD, quantity proposed and unit, and total price in USD. ➢ Bidders must also attach the following legal documents (Mandatory): I. Company Registration certificate. II. Supplier-s copy of passport/ID. ➢ Bidders must submit the below financial information: I. Bank details that correspond to the Company (To fill in the table below). II. Copy of the bank statement details. III. The capability of the company to finance its self. ➢ Bidders will submit following documents which will be considered in bid analysis: I.
