Option 2- collecting from our office. or at the below address: Oxfam Novib office: (Ahmed Dhagah District- West of Hargeisa Club. Hargeisa Somaliland) from 9th April 2023 to 30th April 2023. Between 9:00am to 4:30pm from Sunday to Thursday. upon conditions in the tender dossier. Oxfam does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
