- Prequalifications are invited for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials (e.g Iron Sheet, Timber,Nails etc) & Tools (e.g Wheelbarrows, Shovel, Rakes etc (Qalbka Dhismaha) Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Somaliland wishes to invite qualified firms to submit bids, in hard copies using one sealed envelopes (Administrative and Technical) by hand to. NRC Hargeisa office located behind Ambassador Hotel, Airport Road, Hargeisa by not later than 21st January-2024 at 4:00pm. Prequalification application in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the company name and the categories (category no#) should be submitted to NRC Hargeisa office located behind Ambassador Hotel, Airport Road, Hargeisa by not later than 21st January-2023 at 4:00pm. If the bidder is applying more than one category, each category must be in a separate application (do not compile more than one category in one envelop) Bidders/firms interested in submitting a proposal must express their interest by filling out the form in the link provided below, including the Bidder's full contact information. The tender documents will be automatically sent to the email address they provided in the form, where they can be downloaded. How to apply Interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers by hand and not by email in sealed envelope to locations mentioned above.
