- Expression of Interest are invited for Strategic Plan in the Health Sectors Food security and Livelihoods. Alternative Care. Youth Empowerment and Economic development. Protection (CP/GBV Innovations and Social enterprise programming. Clear Organizational profile and Structure with experienced team of program, administration and financial personnel. Clear organizational policies in programming and operational systems, guidelines and procedures of the organization. Clear geographical coverage of the organization with proof of projects implemented in the past three years. Introduction and confirmation of technical capability, reliability and/or track record of strong partnership with local communities, other organizations and government agencies in previous assignments. Valid registration with the Somalia federal Government and states government. Extensive experience in projects implementation following the common project-cycle management tools; At least five years of working experience in the field of the sectors mentioned above. Qualified core staff at field level and management level in areas mentioned above. Sound financial management and internal financial control system with timely audit record. PARTNER PRE-SELECTION PROCESS: A three-phase selection process will be put in place which includes: Submission of expression of Interest (EOI) Field verification of the shortlisted organizations. Capacity partner assessment for the shortlisted partners. Organizations who wish to submit an expression of interest must complete the following documentation to be considered: Cover letter from the organization representative outlining their interest to be considered (1-page max) Criteria Statement, outlining how your organization meets the selection criteria listed. Submission of all supporting documents. Interested LNGOs should submit the completed expression of Interest and supporting documents by 30th June 2022, 5:00 PM Mogadishu time to procurement@sossomalia.org copied or hand delivery of sealed envelope clearly labelled “Expression of interest for prequalification of Local NGO partners to SOS CV office in Wadajir KM 4, Airport offroad.
