- Quotation are invited for Provision of Logistics, Accommodation, Event Management & Related Services to Support Operations of Scrp Project Activities 1. Logistics and Management of trainings, workshops, meetings, team building activities, conferences, study tours, seminars, stakeholder forums, and project site visit missions planned towards the achievement of project development objectives. 2. Booking of Hotels (international & domestic) for officials and other delegates on behalf of the project. 3. Payment of per diems to individuals (except project staff)undertaking official travels and duties away from office where applicable 4. Managing the provision of catering services for Government Officials and delegates participating in events organized by the Project. 5. Logistics and management of necessary7 local transportation and security7 escort for officials and delegates participating events and field monitoring missions organized by the Project. 6. Logistical and management of any other necessary activities that may be required by the Project.
