- Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Consultancy Service to Welthungerhilfe Somaliland in 2021-2023 Requirements/selection criteria for the applicants: 1. Company/firm profile. 2. Complete, sign and stamped consultancy registration form (can be found in this document). 3. Signed and stamped code of conduct (can be found in this document). 4. Business license issued by the Ministry of Commerce in Somaliland. 5. Tax Clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Finance. 6. Company financial stability (Balance sheet). 7. Quotation amount for performing assessments, evaluations, baselines, impact study for these respective regions: Awdal, Maroodijeh, Togedheer and Sahi 8. Extensive experience (7-10 years) in performing and managing assessments, evaluations, baselines, impact studies, nutrition SMART surveys for food security, WASH, environmental interventions is mandatory. 9. Sample (at least 3) of recent reports, final version, that have been submitted and accepted by clients 10. CVs- of key staff including lead consultant (s). 11. A list of clients with official client-s references (names and contact details of at least three (3) organizations that have contracted consultancy), preferably recommendation letters of clients. 12. A sample financial offer for an evaluation spanning 30 days, involving 15 field days, 1 Evaluation Manager, 2 International Experts, three National Experts, 6 Enumerators, including all transport and administrative costs. 13. Physical address for applicant and contact person for further inquiry. 14. Experience in workshop moderation and -documentation is an added advantage. 15. Only complete applications will be considered. 16. The companies must fill in the WHH policy statement and declaration forms.
