- Tenders are invited for Provision of Car Hire for Outreach Support and Supervision. BID NOTICE: PROVISION OF CAR HIRE FOR OUTREACH SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION NODO Nomadic Development Organization The full name/registered name of organization is “Nomadic Development Organization” The abbreviation is “NODO”. NODO was established on 12th May 2008 in Somalia by a group of professional and energetic people who were highly motivated and committed for contributing their time, skills and energies for the development and empowerment of socially disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in Somalia and addressing poverty issues, health and gender-based discriminations. NODO-s head quarter is in Garowe, the capital city of Puntland State and sub-office in Buhoodle district in Ain region Northern Somalia. NODO aims to build confidence, raise self-esteem and empower the rural community we work with to participate fully in access to health, nutrition, WASH, food-security, education and agricultural development activities we implement. NODO (Nomadic Development Organization) is implementing an SHF project titled; “Provision of integrated lifesaving health and nutrition services to crisis affected population in Buuhoodle district of Togdheer region”. NODO hereby invites applications to establish contract with reputable and financially stable vendors/companies with vast experience capable to provide car rent/ transportation services as per the tables below. The vendors with capacities and can fulfil the required qualifications will be required to submit their quotations to Buuhoodle before the closing dates as stated above: Project Ref No: SOM-21/3485/SA1/H-Nut/NGO/18209 Submission Procedures: Offers must be submitted on or before the deadline which is on 07th May 2021 at 05:00 PM. Completed tender documents clearly marked with Project Ref Number must be deposited at the NODO Buuhoodle Office on or before the deadline date and time, and recorded in the log book/visitors- book. Mandatory Requirements a) Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license or similar document. Only vendors within the project areas will be considered. b) Provide a certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents. c) Quotation/Price list of the items d) Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company/Owner/shareholders of the Business-Contact address including Telephone Number and Passport) e) Past Experience-Provide references of the previous works or transportation services before (Attach Recommendation letter) f) Submit the profile of the trader g) Please indicate Service delivery period h) Bank account details i) Recommendations from the local authorities j) Quotation-s list of items to flow as the advert above. 2. Technical Evaluation Bids technical evaluation based on the specification submitted. 3. Further Information to bidders: Department of procurement and logistic; NODO Garowe office Currency of offer should be strictly in US Dollars NODO does not undertake to pay in advance of work. NODO reserves the right to accept or reject any offer before the award of a contract, or to cancel the bidding process and reject all offers at any time and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions. Canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification. Incomplete offers or offers which do not comply with any of our tender conditions will not be considered. Quotations should remain valid for a period of at least 90 calendar days after closure of the tender. 4. Payment: Upon contracting for works, NODO will pay the contractors in instalments as will be defined in the signed contracts. 5. Financial Evaluation Based on cost quoted Quotations should be received at NODO Buuhoodle Office only Not later than 7 th /05/2021 at 5:00 PM. This EoI does not guarantee a contract of any nature. All proposals will be reviewed and only vendor that meet the required criteria above will receive more details and an invitation to enter into an agreement.
