- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Fodder Seed Collection, Supply, and Distribution of Beer, Ainabo and Odweine and Conduct Training on Seed Production in Project Sites in Ainabo, Odweine, and Beer. 7. Bid documents will be available from September 25, 2023, until 1 October 2023 at the Ministry Headquarters office. 8. Qualified and interested bidders can collect the bid document from the ministry's Office of Director of Admin and Finance. 9. Tender documents must be submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change by October 5 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Somaliland local time. Bids received after the specified deadline will be reject.
