- Tenders are invited for Measuring the Empowering Youth Employment through Mobile Technology Project through Regular Learning - Hargeisa, Somaliland Deliverables The awarded communication firm will be expected to deliver: Produce six short videos each 2-minute showcasing the learning (beginning, mid and the end) took place during the three-month project duration. Each documentary will focus the training period, distribution of the motorbike, and the use of motorbike for delivery service Write six success stories of the selected youth including those who haven-t won motorbikes Time frame The learning recording period will be three months from April 20th to July 20th 2022.
