- Request for proposals are invited for Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for Technological Accountability Solutions and Support API Connectivity Process of interconnecting community projects to banks Per Community Project USD 2 Technical Support (small) Help desk support, small additions, and changes as well as 24/7 technical support to resolve issues when they arise for 1- 4 projects. Per Month USD 3 Technical Support (large) Help desk support, small additions, and changes as well as 24/7 technical support to resolve issues when they arise for 5 - 100 projects. Per Month USD 4 Incoming and outgoing local minutes (Telesom/Sotelo) Local minutes generated through IVR gateway Per Minute USD 5 Outgoing national minutes - Hormuud and Golis National minutes generated through E1 channel Per Minute USD 6 E1 line This cost for leasing the E1 line channels connected to the IVR application to allow incoming calls to come in and voice messages to be broadcasted out to beneficiaries Per Month USD 7 Desk cost for IVR/SMS Translating, processing, analysis and report for SMS/IVR Per Month (up to 1,680 messages SMS/IVR per month) USD 8 Short code fee Registration and rent of three-digit short code which is toll free and will be leased from different telecoms Month USD 9 Development of SMS system Initial connectivity of SMS gateway to third party applications Per day USD 10 Development of IVR system Initial development of the IVR application Per day USD 11 One-time connection & development of SMS/IVR system One-time connectivity fee Per day USD 12 Web Hosting Hosting SMS application on the internet Per month USD 13 Maintenance and support This cost is set to cover help desk, support as well as 24/7 technical support to resolve issues when they arise Per month USD 14 SMS Incoming and Outgoing messages Telesom, Hormuud Per SMS
