- Tenders Are Invited The principal objective of this project is to strengthen domestic revenue mobilization, public expenditure management, and accountability for greater economic resilience. The overall objective is to strengthen domestic revenue mobilization, public expenditure management, and accountability for greater economic resilience. Consistent with the NDP-9 strategic priorities, the project aims to achieve this objective by: (i) enhancing domestic revenue mobilization to preserve the country’s medium-term fiscal sustainability; (ii) promoting inclusive governance, accountability, and institutional capacity, thus fostering the ability of Somalia to curb corruption; and (iii) strengthening debt management framework and greater transparency to improve Somalia’s debt sustainability.
