- The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified companies wishing to be considered for inclusion in a tender for Facility Management Services in Garowe (Puntland).The vendor is required to manage, operate and maintain the compound in Garowe which includes -1)Provision of all equipment except IT equipment required for accommodation and Offices 2)Cleaning Services for Common Areas in the Built up areas.3)Ground maintenance Services for the open areas within the compound 4)Liquid and Solid waste management services5)Laundry Services6)Electrical, carpentry and plumbing mintenance services7) Plant Equipment and machinery maintenance services.8) Minor civil works
