- The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MoLSA), Federal Government of Somalia, is mandated to coordinate all Vocational Training programs, project activities and provide policy direction and guidance on TVET related matters and capacity building for the country workforces. The Ministry also act as a watchdog for the quality of TVET Programs across the country with the support of Federal line Ministries, Federal Member states, Private sector and other international partners including donor and project implementing partners that ultimately contributes to the socio-economic development of Somalia.
