- Expression of Interest are invited for Construction of Waaheen Shopping Centre The main scope of work is construction of large shopping centre which includes associated works like civil, structural, architectural, interior, landscaping, fire protection, HVAC, mechanical, electrical & plumbing. Interested companies meeting should respond to this EoI with the following requirements: Letter of interest clearly indicating the project reference and detailed company profile Registration documents. Track record and experience of the firm in a similar assignment(s)including a list of major clients served and other relevant information. Qualification and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel currently maintained. Details of equipment and tools owned by the company relevant to execution of the construction. Company's financial performance documents and Audited books of Accounts for the last 3 years.
