Construction of Shallow wells, pipeline and reservoir o Administrative: criteria: § Registration documents government of Somalia and Hirshabelle state. § Affiliation with chamber of commerce and professional organizations. § Existence of proper office(s) § number of permanent staff § Having active bank account § Having tax compliance certificate § Supplier Visit o Technical Criteria: Provide the company profile with the documents included below. § Registered as relevant company (e.g. construction company) § Relevant and competent staff in team (e.g. engineers) - CVs § Previous completed projects (Appendix F) § Equipment owns by company (Appendix D) § Years of relevant experience § Feedback from references (Appendix E) 2.
