- Tenders are invited for Construction of Flood Protected Latrines & Disable People Latrines Introduction Notes Construction of 40 single flood protection latrines each with hand washing stations and solar lights including 30% of latrines to be constructed through market based approach - cash or vouchers.10% of these latrines will be used/constructed for Disable people 1 ACTED Construction of 20 Normal flood resistant latrines with hand washing faclities ITEM DESCRIPTION UNIT QUANTITY RATE (USD) AMOUNT (USD) A Excavation works 1.1 Clear site of all loose soil 100mm deep and dispose off as directed n.e 100mm, with whole area 3.8m1*1.9m M2 7.22 1.2 Excavate over soft formation for pit and latrine foundation to design.
