- Tenders are invited for Construction of Elevated Water Tank and Pipeline installation for HFC in Qeydaro Village The Proposal should be sent as per timeline set on address provided below. To IMC office in South Galkayo and drop it in to the tinderbox at the gate Tender prices must remain valid for 90 days from the date of tender closing. “World Vision Somalia reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and is not bound to give reasons for its decision” General/Eligibility/Qualifications/Cost of the RFQ World Vision Somalia invites construction contractors for in Galmudug state to apply this opportunity. 1.1 To qualify for the award of the Contract, tenderers shall meet the followingminimumqualifyingcriteria; Eligible biddersshould attach valid documentation and be able to meet thefollowing minimum requirements: - 1. Must be a registered company in Galmudug state (Attach Certificate of Business Registration) 2. Valid Tax clearance from Ministry of finance Galmudug state 3. Valid tender board registration if applicable 4. Valid local government registration in any local government in Galmudug districts 5. Show proof of experience as a contractor in similar works of atleast 2 works of a nature and complexity equivalent to these works over the last 5 years(to comply with this requirement, works cited should be at least 70 percent complete). Completion certificates are the only evidence required to prove certification of satisfactory completion of awarded works. Contracts may only be attached for ongoingones. 1.2 The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the World Vision will in not be responsible or liable for those costs. Technical skill in terms of human resource. Attach CVs and certified copies of academic certificates detailing qualifications of atleast(3) key personnel who shall be involved in this assignment. The persons must be working with the organization or sign an undertaking to work with the firm by the time ofsubmitting this tender.
