- Tenders are invited for Construction of Buran Water Tank with Construction Water Kiosk and Connection Pipeline from Proposed New Tank to the Main Pipe The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental humanitarian organization with 75 years of experience in creating a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. The NRC defends the rights of displaced populations and provides assistance in the following areas: shelter, education, food security and livelihoods, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Puntland state of Somalia wishes to invite qualified firms to submit their bids in hard copies using two sealed envelopes (envelope 1-Financial proposals and government documents) and (envelope 2- Technical offer). The supplier should place both envelopes together in one big envelope prior to submission to Ø NRC Garowe office - Behind UN Guest house in Garowe.
