- Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of Cash Transfer Programme Services (DRC Somalia). This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a multi-stage process. DRC intends to distribute cash and/or vouchers up to a value of 4,337,280 USD (Four Million, Three Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand, Two Hundred and Eighty USD ONLY) to beneficiaries through one or more FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (FSPs). Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) refers to all programmes where cash transfers or vouchers for goods or services are directly provided to recipients. The FSPs passing the evaluation of the EOI will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP). Contract period ranges from 1 to 2 years.
